Justin is driven by strong personal values, and led the charge to outlaw ‘dummy bids’ at auctions in Victoria. He’s a down-to-earth, straight-talking property advocate who is committed to transparency, providing honest advice and information, and ensuring you have the time you need to make informed decisions.

Nivek Dunne

Property Manager | Director | 10+ Years of experience

Nivek oversees our property management services with a philosophy of genuine care for clients and their properties. She’s passionate about providing a high-level property management service, and working with clients long term to maximise their portfolio’s financial growth and value.

As a Director with a decade of industry experience, she has an established reputation for quality control and attention to detail.
She takes the time to get to know and build a relationship with each and every owner and renter, personally overseeing every aspect of the property management process.

With a comprehensive understanding of both owner’s and renter’s rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancy act, she builds trust and instils confidence to maximise each property’s financial outcomes over the long term.

Annette Morton

Property Manager | 10+ Years of experience

Annette works hand in hand with Nivek to manage and maintain our client’s investment properties. With over 25 years experience in property, design and building, she has an enormous amount of real-world experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for property.

A people person by nature, Annette enjoys building positive relationships with renters, clients and service providers. Her background in interior design and construction means that she has an intimate understanding of building structures and maintenance requirements. This ensures the maintenance of your investment property is effective and efficient. It also means that she is able to offer a host of ideas and suggestions to maximise the rental return or sale value of your property.
